Together we will build the best healthcare system for the people of Pakistan.
FOUNDER & CEO “DR. MUHAMMAD RAZA”
I am Dr. Muhammad Raza (MBBS, Certified Telemedicine Consultant) welcome you all to the future of healthcare sector of Pakistan. I had a vision to provide you the tele-health facilities with care. Telemedicine and Telehealth have been an increasingly successful strategy in filling the gap of access and quality in the healthcare system.
Though the health indicators of Pakistan have improved in the last two decades, this rate of improvement is relatively slower than in neighbouring countries. Pakistan's mortality for under-five remains the highest among the South Asian (S.A.) countries. Besides, the increasing burden of non-communicable diseases now compounds the persisting burden of infectious diseases.
The use of technology in Pakistan's health sector, like other developing countries, is in its early phase. More research-based evidence is needed to convince the academics, managers, or policy-makers to make telemedicine an integral part of the health system. However, the officials have taken some initiatives by launching National Telemedicine Center all over Pakistan and starting a new department of telemedicine
in government medical colleges.
At the simplest level, Mualaj would be your one-stop solution to all your health-related queries., we aim to provide not only clinical advice but also doctor consultation/O.P.Ds, diagnostic centers, pharmaceutical support physical examination facilities for medicine (Webinars) as well as dentists through mobile and web app, and in future e-M Devices which directs to the "Mualaj Centers" all across the nation.
